About Me

- Currently overcoming addiction to the sport of triathlon. I spend my free time taking my favorite dog to visit at nursing homes and training others and their dogs to do the same. I like to be involved in the community where I live. I am also part of a team organizing an 8K (5 mile) race for our local hospital. Producing a race is a lot more work than I ever realized!

I rescued a very sweet female pit bull I found dumped in the woods where you and I ran when you visited. Got my dad to adopt her. She is such a well trained and behaved dog. Hard to believe she was dumped in the park in the middle of winter.
